The Safety Certification for Transportation Project ProfessionalsTM (SCTPP) program was developed to create a safety benchmark for infrastructure projects across the U.S. It has received American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accreditation under the ISO/IEC 17024:2012 international standard and is managed by the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) Foundation.
