John Steinegger
John Steinegger is a managing director with FMI Capital Advisors, Inc., and works with a variety of construction industry firms on mergers and acquisitions, valuations and ownership transfer issues.
Before joining FMI, John was an investment banking associate with the Global Media and Telecommunications Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity products. Prior to that, he was a senior consultant with Deloitte Consulting, specializing in technology strategy and system integration for large public and private companies. John began his professional career at Accenture in its Global Architecture and Core Technologies group.
John holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a B.S. in computer science and engineering from Bucknell University.
