Lynne Pace
As CFO, Lynne is responsible for all Accounting, Finance, IT, Payroll, and HR and has been part of senior management in construction for 18 years in the Valley, with companies ranging from $12M to $130M, as both a GC and a sub. She has been a member of CFMA for those 18 years, serving on several committees, including Education, Membership, Golf, Succession Planning, Construction Executive of the Year, and has served as a Board Member, Chapter Treasurer, Vice President, and Chapter President. She has Chaired the National Membership Committee and currently serves on the Specialty Trade Committee.
