Matt Klauser is Partner at BKD, LLP located in Dallas, TX. As the Texas market leader for BKD’s Transaction Services team, Matt assists private equity groups and corporate acquirers during investment decisions and post-acquisition integrations. He provides guidance structuring and negotiating letters of intent, completing in-depth due diligence procedures, and performing net working capital adjustments post-closing. In addition, Matt completes sell-side due diligence to help companies expedite the sale process and avoid negative feedback from buyers.
