Stephen is Vice President of Reworc (www.reworc.com) in Des Moines, IA, where he manages the company’s internal and external analytics projects (internal business metrics and service delivery as well as customer analytics used for marketing, branding, and operations). Stephen is also the Vice President of People Analytics for the Society for Human Resource Management’s board in Iowa. He is also an adjunct professor at Drake University where he teaches Talent Analytics and has spoken at both HR and Corporate Real Estate conventions across the country.
